We at Longfeng are committed to ensuring your privacy.  We do not use cookies and we are not signed up to google analytics.

We collect data so that we can contact you if a class should be cancelled unexpectedly.  We would politely request that you ensure that your contact details are up to date.

We collect your health data to ensure that we can make you aware of any necessary adjustments you many need to make during your training routine, this information is to keep you safe.  This information is not shared with anyone.

Your data is kept in an encrypted electronic file.

We are registered with ICO, the data controller is Alexandra Hyde.

Please arrive in a timely fashion for your class.

Please follow the guidelines, bring your own yoga mat, towel, drink, wipes/antibac handwash and stay in your area.

Do not train if you are unwell.

​

Facemasks are now optional.

​

We keep a register of all attendees.

You must let us know if you have attended class and subsequently test positive for COVID19.
